After losing her passport while in Cannes for a Film Festival Lohan was not able to show up to her court hearing. After weeks of knowing that it was coming up and that she had to be there and most people being sure that even if she did show up there would be jail time for failing to attend all of her alcohol classes, the climax of this story just seems to keep building.
There is now a warrant out for her arrest when she touches down in the USA, but they are not planning on having police there at the ready, instead the judge said they would wait to see if Lohan will turn herself in. At this point one just hopes that she really is trying to turn her life around like she claims to and can see that these are just the fruits of her drinking and drug addiction.
